LEGAL BASIS

In so far as we have obtained the consent of the person concerned for the processing of the personal data, Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1a of the DSGVO applies as the legal basis.

If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or for pre-contractual measures initiated by the data subject, Article 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1b (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF THE DATA TRANSMITTED BY YOU AND OTHERS
